CANCELLATION POLICY: 

72 hour cancellation policy SPA or weekday appointments.
Late cancellations are a disappointment for everyone- for you, for me, and for the clients who are trying to get in for a session sooner versus later. Please understand that a missed session or a cancellation with less than 72 hours notice will be charged at the full rate of the session.

  -1st warning. If you have to cancel within the 72 hours you will have to repay to rebook, and/or will be billed/ or auto charged.

     -2nd warning. You will not be rescheduled
 

NO CALL NO SHOWS
     -Will not be rescheduled. And will be sent a fee of the requested service. Or automatically chaarged.

LATE.
    -Clients late up to 15 min can still be service but will have time knocked off of there service. Clients over 15 min late will not be serviced. 

 

Brides require a non-refundable deposit of $60 to hold the special spot. No cancellations! If cancelled bridal parties are required to pay 100% of the booking fee.

All weekend appointments require a deposit of $25 that is non-refundable. For any appointments that require a deposit they are non-transforable, non-refundable, and cancellation are not available. The deposit holds your spot personally and can not be cancelled at anytime once depsoit is put down.

    

 

INDIANA APPOINTMENTS
There are NO cancellations available. Once you schedule an appointment, you are in. If you have to cancel, you will be billed for Brooke's time. You reserved your time for you.
